Artelis in English — a quick guide

What Artelis is and how to register, log in and publish articles — a short guide in English for visitors who do not read Polish.

Artelis is a Polish article-publishing community founded in 2006. Authors publish articles, build a public author profile and reach readers. Every submitted article is reviewed before it goes live.

The site is in Polish — your browser will translate it

There is no full English interface, and honestly you don't need one — modern browsers translate the whole site very well:

  • Chrome / Edge: right-click anywhere on the page and choose Translate to English.
  • Firefox: click the translation icon in the address bar.
  • Safari (Mac / iPhone): tap the aA icon in the address bar and choose Translate to English.

Everything below assumes you have translation switched on. Where a Polish word appears on a button, we quote it so you can find it.

Registration and login

  • Register at artelis.pl/register — you need an e-mail address and a password (hasło).
  • Confirm your e-mail address by clicking the link we send you.
  • Log in at artelis.pl/login. After your first login you will see a short introduction to how the service works.

Publishing articles

  • In your author panel choose „Dodaj artykuł" (Add an article).
  • Fill in the title (tytuł), the lead (wstęp), the body (treść), pick a category and add tags.
  • Every article goes through moderation before publication. Free accounts can currently submit up to 2 articles a day and 10 a month.
  • Artelis is a Polish-language service — articles are published in Polish for Polish-speaking readers.

Your account

  • Your public author profile shows your published articles and a short bio you can edit in your panel.
  • Authors can attach an author footer (stopka autorska) to their articles — a short signature block where you may present yourself or your website.

Terms and contact

  • The terms of service and the privacy policy are in Polish; the Polish text is the binding version. Browser translation is fine for reading them.
  • Questions or problems? Use the contact form — you can write to us in English.
